Become an Algorithm-Proof Creator
[This email is only for people who want to build a personal brand that will last longer than one year. If all you are looking for is immediate sales or goals, you can skip it]
We're entering a second renaissance.
But most people can't see it.
They're too busy worrying about AI stealing their jobs, algorithms killing their reach, and the "death of organic growth" to notice the massive opportunity unfolding right in front of them.
The truth? Most creators will be replaced.
Not by AI. Not by algorithms. But by their own mediocrity.
Because they've been playing the wrong game all along.
They've been chasing tactics while ignoring strategy.
They've been optimizing for likes while ignoring impact.
They've been building audiences while ignoring systems.
When I started building my personal brand online, everyone told me content creation was saturated. That was years ago. Now they're saying the same thing about AI.
Most people will always find reasons to stay on the sidelines while builders quietly (and then not so quietly) create empires.
In this letter, I'm breaking down:
• Why most creators will be replaced (but not for the reasons they think)
• The exact framework I've used to build algorithm-proof content
• How to monetize through transformation, not just information
• The paradox that makes some creators completely irreplaceable
• How my FREE Unforgettable LinkedIn Masterclass can help you position yourself as irreplaceable in an age where everything seems increasingly replaceable (whether you’re on LinkedIn or not).
If you're tired of chasing algorithms and ready to build something that lasts, this is your anti-blueprint blueprint.
Let's dive in.
The Great Replacement Is Already Happening
Look around:
Social feeds are flooding with AI-generated content
SEO is becoming a race to the bottom for keyword stuffing
Influencers are getting replaced by each new wave of pretty faces
Jobs are being automated at an unprecedented rate
But there's a pattern here, and it reveals the exact blueprint for becoming irreplaceable.
What's being replaced isn't random.
It's predictable.
Stop asking what will change in the next 10 years, and start asking what will NOT change in the next 10 years.
Thinking about things this way is the best way to make them last.
When it comes to creating content, the answer to that question is pretty simple.
1. People will always want to be entertained
2. People will always be curious
3. People will always be skeptical
4. People will always want to be communicated with by real people who seemingly care about them.
I could go on. But when you realize that these things are never going to go away, you also realize that everything that's getting replaced has these qualities:
It can be reduced to a formula
It provides surface-level value
It lacks a coherent worldview or philosophy
It solves problems through tactics, not systems
Sound familiar?
It describes about 99% of content being created today.
And that's good news for you.
The Algorithm-Proof Content Framework
Here's what most people miss: algorithms don't care about content. They care about attention.
Your job isn't to please algorithms. Your job is to create content so compelling that humans can't look away.
Here's the system I've used to build an audience on LinkedIn that actually converts to real income (without sounding like a used car salesman):
1. Build Your Personal Intellectual Property
Most creators just regurgitate what they've learned from others.
They become passive conductors of information rather than active creators of insight.
But your intellectual property isn't just what you know.
It's how you've processed what you know through the lens of your experiences.
Start by documenting your knowledge in a centralized system:
• Create a second brain (I use Trello and Notion for this)
• Develop frameworks from your experiences, not just information
• Name your concepts and systems uniquely
• Test these systems on yourself first
This is the foundation of content that can't be replicated by AI or competitors.
2. Create Centripetal Content
There are two types of content:
• Entropic content (creates disorder and confusion)
• Centripetal content (creates order and clarity)
Most content is entropic. It fragments attention and leaves you worse than when you started.
Centripetal content does the opposite.
It pulls people toward a coherent center. It creates order from chaos.
How to create centripetal content:
• Focus on systems rather than isolated tactics
• Connect ideas to a larger philosophy or worldview
• Balance tactical and aspirational content
• Create content that builds on itself rather than existing in isolation
When you create centripetal content, you're not just building an audience—you're building a worldview that people can step into.
3. Build Distribution Through Depth
Now I know what you are thinking.
"But Justin, I need to grow my audience first!"
This mentality is why most creators fail to build a personal brand.
Most influential thinkers throughout history didn't have massive audiences initially. They had the right audience that amplified their ideas for them. They focus on growing an audience before they've developed something worth saying.
That last part is important, so I'll repeat it.
They had the right audience that amplified their ideas for them.
The way you do that is simple: distribution through depth.
Here's how it works:
• Create content that is genuinely insightful (most never do this)
• Focus on depth over breadth in early stages
• Let quality drive distribution through word-of-mouth
• Only scale (use A.I) distribution once you have intellectual property worth scaling
Growth without depth leads to audience churn. Depth without growth leads to obscurity.
4. Monetize Through Transformation (Not Information)
The internet doesn't have an information problem. It has a transformation problem.
Anyone can access information for free. What people will pay for is transformation.
• Information tells, transformation shows
• Information informs, transformation changes
• Information is abundant, transformation is rare
The most valuable product you can create isn't one that shares information.
It's one that creates a system for transformation.
This is why digital products like courses, cohorts, and coaching will continue to thrive even as information becomes more commoditized.
It's also why the ones that provide templates will fizzle out and those that provide real value won't.
Your monetization strategy should follow this progression:
Free content that establishes your unique perspective
Low-cost products that provide systematic approaches to problems
Higher-cost products that provide guided transformation
The Paradox Of Irreplaceability
The more you focus on what can't be replaced (your experiences, worldview, systems), the more replaceable you make all the tactics and hacks others are clinging to.
While everyone else is obsessing over:
• Social media engagement rates
• Content calendars and posting frequency
• Growth hacks and viral formats
You need to start focusing on:
• Developing intellectual property that can't be replicated
• Creating a coherent philosophy that attracts the right people
• Building systems that transform rather than inform
This isn't just theory.
It's exactly how I built a 7-figure agency using nothing but my personal brand on LinkedIn.
Not by asking what will change in the next 10 years, but by asking what will NOT change in the next 10 years.
Start Building Today
As the cliche goes, the best time to start was years ago. The second best time is right now.
Here's your action plan:
Document your experiences and create systems from them
Start sharing these systems publicly (even if no one is listening yet)
Don't be afraid to get philosophical. Focus on depth over breadth in early content
Stop using AI and start building your unique intellectual property
Design transformation-based products around your systems
The future belongs to creators who can't be replaced.
Not because they've optimized for algorithms but because they've optimized for humans.
Not because they've created more content but because they've created better systems.
Not because they've studied tactics but because they've studied themselves.
The algorithm-proof creator isn't worried about AI. They're leveraging it to amplify what can never be replaced: their unique human experience.
